#PeriodicWrap 17th October, 2016

It has been an interesting week that has seen everything from Wonder Woman become the honorary UN Ambassador for women’s empowerment, to Zuckerberg’s home AI voice over with Robert Downey Jr, to technology enabling conversations with loved ones who have passed on.

Also, at the end of this periodic wrap, we have footage from the 4th Forensic Accounting Teaching and Research Symposium where we presented our paper on a management science and innovation approach to cybersecurity. It was a great conference at Bond University and again thanks and congratulations to the organisers, including Dr Adrian Gepp.

In more cyber news, the UK has issued guidelines on cyber bullying, the G7 cyber expert group has released policy on fundamental cyber security principals for the financial services sector, and the Victorian Privacy Commissioner has issued a recruitment and employment information sheet for the public sector.

From a #CyberInnovation standpoint, Panasonic has hooked bathroom mirrors up to 3D printers to provide diagnosis for fast help for open pores, and brain implants of sensors have allowed users to experience sensation through a robotic arm.

Until our next #PeriodicWrap
